How much does a ceramic photo for a grave cross cost

The price of a ceramic photo depends on three things: the shape, the size, and which services are included. The first two can be seen on any site. The third is what actually makes the difference at checkout, because many workshops display a low starting price and then add the photo processing separately.

Prices by size

With us, prices start from the smallest size and increase with the surface area and the shape you choose. Shapes with a special contour — oval with rim, book, heart — start a little higher, because the work involved is more elaborate. Each product has its own price table, for every size, shown directly on the page.

• Small sizes (around 10x8 cm): the most affordable in the range.
• The classic 12.5x9.5 cm size: a step up, for the simple shapes.
• 15x11 cm: another step up.
• 18x13 cm: among the higher prices for standard shapes.
• Large sizes and special shapes: above these levels, depending on the work involved.

What's included in the price

All work on the photograph is included, with no separate costs:

• Restoration of old, scratched, stained, or torn-cornered photographs.
• Colourisation of black-and-white photos, with natural tones.
• Face retouching and light balancing.
• Cropping a person out of a group photo and rebuilding the background.
• The preview sent before firing, with changes if needed.

Why there are big differences between offers

It's common in the market to see a low list price, followed by separate fees for processing: one amount for restoration, another for colourisation, another for cropping. A photo with a low starting price can end up nearly doubling in cost, and the customer only finds out at the end. We prefer to show the full price from the start, with everything the work involves.

The cost of delivery

Delivery within Romania costs 19 lei, whichever courier you choose (FanCourier, Sameday or easybox) and whether you receive the parcel at your address or at an easybox locker. For the European countries listed in the order form, shipping is included in the price. The amount is shown before you confirm the order.

How you pay

Cash on delivery to the courier, or online by card. We don't ask for an advance payment and we don't charge extra fees for paying on delivery.

The price shown is what you pay. If the photograph needs serious restoration, it stays the same.

Is a larger size worth it?

The difference between 12.5x9.5 and 15x11 cm is modest, and on a wider monument it clearly shows. On the other hand, a large size on a narrow cross adds nothing extra and can overload the stone. The expense makes sense only where the space calls for it — tell us the monument's dimensions and we'll advise you honestly.
