Who we are

pozacruce.ro is the online shop operated by TOP GUIDE S.R.L., a Romanian company registered in 2026, with its registered office in Sat Văcărești, Comuna Drăgănești de Vede, Teleorman County. TOP GUIDE S.R.L. is the company that issues the invoices, processes the orders and is responsible for the warranty — its details appear on every invoice and in all contractual documents on this website.

We sell ceramic photos for crosses and funeral monuments, made to order: the photograph you send us is processed, applied to a ceramic (porcelain) plaque by ceramic decal and fired at over 800°C. Each product is made according to the photograph, shape and size you choose.

What we do

Every order starts in the configurator on the website: you choose the shape and size of the plaque, upload the photograph and fit it within the outline of the shape, with a preview before ordering. High-temperature firing makes the image resistant to sun, rain and frost. Each product is made after we receive the order — we do not sell generic stock.

  • Ceramic photos in several shapes — oval, oval with rim, rectangle, dome, book, heart and others — in the sizes shown on each product page
  • Restoration, colorization and retouching of the photograph are included in the price
  • Funeral picture 21x30 cm with a wooden frame, intended for indoor use
  • Courier delivery throughout Romania and to the countries of the European Union (full list in the Delivery policy)

Why we started this business

We started from a simple idea: a clear photograph on a monument is the only personal thing on a stone that otherwise looks like all the others. We set out to do it well, at a fair price, without charging separately for restoring or colorizing the photograph.

The company has its registered office in Sat Văcărești, Comuna Drăgănești de Vede, Teleorman County, and orders are delivered by courier. We keep improving our production process and the ordering experience.

How to order

  1. Choose the shape and size of the plaque, according to the recess on the monument
  2. Upload the photograph, fit it within the outline of the shape and, optionally, add a text
  3. Preview the result before ordering; before production we send you the final preview for confirmation
  4. Fill in the delivery details and confirm the order
  5. Pay cash on delivery in Romania (in cash or by card to the courier) or online by card, through Stripe; international orders are paid online by card only

Delivery and payment

We deliver by courier in Romania (FanCourier, Sameday, easybox) within 3–7 business days of your confirming the preview, at a delivery cost of 19 lei, and to European Union countries within 7–14 business days, with shipping included in the price. Warranty and transparency

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, under OUG no. 140/2021. If you receive a defective or wrong product through our fault, we remake it free of charge and cover the return shipping. Ceramic photos are made to order, according to the customer's photograph and specifications. For this reason they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, under OUG 34/2014, art. 16(c). The exemption concerns only withdrawal without a reason — the legal guarantee of conformity still applies to them.
