Payment Policy

1. Accepted payment methods

At checkout you can choose one of the payment methods shown for your delivery address:

Cash on delivery (Romania only)

  • Available for deliveries within Romania, by FanCourier, Sameday and easybox.
  • You pay the courier when you receive the parcel, in cash or by card (depending on the courier's availability).

Online card payment through Stripe (Romania and international orders)

  • Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland), on Stripe's secure payment page, for orders in Romania and for international orders.
  • Orders delivered outside Romania are paid exclusively online, by card.

Stripe complies with international security standards for online payments (PCI DSS).

2. Payment security

Your card details (number, expiry date, CVV code) are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment page and are transmitted encrypted using the SSL/TLS protocol. We never see, process or store these details on our servers.

3. Currency and displayed price

On the Romanian-language version of the website, prices are displayed and charged in lei (RON). On the versions of the website in other languages, prices are displayed converted into the local currency, and the online card payment through Stripe is charged in the displayed currency. Cash on delivery, available only in Romania, is paid in lei. The displayed price is the final price paid for the product. For orders within Romania, the delivery cost of 19 lei is added to the product price and shown separately before the order is confirmed. For international orders, shipping is included in the displayed price. The total price is shown before the order is confirmed — there are no hidden costs.

4. Payment confirmation

For card payments, the payment is confirmed automatically as soon as it is approved by the processor. For cash on delivery, the order is confirmed when it is placed, and the amount is paid to the courier on delivery.

5. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund (withdrawal within 14 days for non-personalised products, or a defective/wrongly delivered product), it is made using the same payment method used for the order — to the card used, through the payment processor, or by bank transfer for orders paid cash on delivery. We do not charge a fee for refunds. Full details in the Returns and refunds policy.
