Can I return a made-to-order product?
Products made from your photograph (pictures, canvas, slate) do not fall under the legal right of withdrawal. The mounting kit, being a non-personalised product, can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products that are defective or incorrectly made are replaced free of charge.
