Description
The memorial portrait is the framed picture that accompanies the funeral service and the memorial services, and then stays at home. The size of 21x30 cm is the usual one: large enough for the face to be seen clearly from a few steps away during the service, yet also suitable for a wall or a shelf at home.
The frame is made of natural wood, without a coloured finish — a restrained choice that does not draw attention to itself and suits any interior, whatever the furniture. The portrait comes ready to hang or to stand.
Important: this product is for indoor use. It is not fitted to a cross or memorial — the wooden frame does not withstand the weather. For stone there are the ceramic plaques, where the image is fired into the surface and lasts for decades outdoors.
What the price includes
Work on the photograph is fully included, as with all our products: restoring old, torn or yellowed photos, colourising black‑and‑white images, retouching the face and cutting a person out of a group photo. Before production you receive a preview and can ask for changes.
At 21x30 cm the sharpness of the original matters. An ID photo enlarged too much reveals its grain, and we cannot add detail that is not in the file. Send us the photograph and we will tell you honestly how it will look at this size — if it will not hold up, we will suggest a tighter framing on the face.
When to order
Most often in the first days, for the funeral service, when time is short. Tell us if you have a deadline and we will try to fit the order in; production itself takes one working day after you approve the preview, and the rest is courier delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Production and delivery by international courier to the European countries listed in the order form take a total of 7-14 working days.
What should the photograph look like?
We recommend as clear a photo of the face as possible, with good resolution. You can also use an older photograph — if needed, we do discreet retouching, restoration and colorization before production, at no extra cost.
How can I pay?
You pay online by card, on the secure Stripe payment page. Cash on delivery is available only for delivery within Romania.
Can I return a made-to-order product?
The product is made individually, from your photograph and text, so it does not fall under the legal right of withdrawal. Products that are defective or incorrectly made are replaced free of charge.
