Delivery Policy

1. Delivery areas
We deliver to Romania and to the following countries of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.
We do not deliver outside the European Union. If your country is not on the list, please write to us at comanda@pozacruce.ro before ordering.
Each product is made especially for you, after the order is confirmed, and is shipped by courier in protective packaging.

The cost for Romania applies regardless of the courier chosen and the locality. On the versions of the website in languages other than Romanian, the price displayed on the product page already includes shipping to the address in the chosen country.
The total you pay is displayed before the order is confirmed. There are no other delivery costs.
3. Delivery times

Processing includes the restoration, colourisation and retouching of the photograph, sending the preview for your confirmation, firing the plaque and quality control. The production time runs from your confirmation of the preview.
Orders placed on a working day (Monday–Friday) by 14:00 Romanian time are taken on the same day; orders placed after 14:00, at the weekend or on public holidays are taken on the next working day.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, public holidays and weather conditions. If an order cannot be delivered within the estimated time, we will inform you and you may choose between waiting and cancelling the order with a full refund.
4. Delivery methods in Romania
- FanCourier — delivery to the address of your choice;
- Sameday — delivery to the address of your choice;
- easybox (Sameday) — collection from the locker of your choice.
5. Order confirmation and parcel tracking
After placing the order you will receive:
- the order confirmation email, with the order details (if you provided an email address);
- the preview of the processed photograph, for your confirmation;
- the AWB number and the tracking link, once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
6. Payment methods
- Cash on delivery — Romania only, in cash or by card, depending on the courier;
- Online card payment, via Stripe — in Romania and in the European Union. Orders delivered outside Romania can only be paid online, by card.

7. Uncollected or refused parcels
If a parcel is not collected within the courier's holding period or is refused without a valid reason, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. As the product is made to your specifications, the cost of the product and the transport costs (including the return to us) may remain payable by you, under the conditions provided by law.
8. Products damaged in transit
If the packaging or the product is damaged on delivery, please let us know as soon as possible, with photographs, so that we can open a claim with the courier. We will remake the product free of charge — see the Returns and refunds policy, section 3.
