How to order a ceramic photo, step by step

The order takes just a few minutes, from your phone or computer. You don't need to go anywhere, and you don't need to know technical terms in advance — we guide you wherever it's needed.

Step 1 — choose the shape

Each shape has its own page: oval, oval with rim, rectangle, arch, book, heart, and the others. If the monument already has a recess prepared, choose the shape that matches it. If the photo will be glued to a flat surface, choose according to your taste.

Step 2 — choose the size

On the product page you'll find the available sizes, each with its own price. Measure the recess beforehand, if there is one. If you're torn between two sizes, go with the smaller one — a slightly more discreet photo still looks good, while one too large can't be corrected after mounting.

Step 3 — upload the photograph

Choose the file from your phone or computer. After uploading, you can adjust the framing: move and zoom the image until the face sits well within the shape's outline. The preview shows you exactly which area will end up on the plaque.

Step 4 — add text, if you wish

You can add the name and dates directly on the plaque. Choose the colour and size of the text and position it where you think it fits. Text is optional — many families leave it engraved in the stone and keep the plaque with just the portrait.

Step 5 — delivery details

Fill in your name, phone number, county, town, and address. Choose the courier and the payment method: cash on delivery or online card. Leave a number where you can be reached — if a question comes up about the photograph, we'll call you before starting the work.

What happens next

• You receive a confirmation email with the order details.
• We process the photograph: restoration, retouching, colourisation if needed.
• We send you the preview and wait for your confirmation.
• We fire the plaque and pack it securely for transport.
• The courier delivers within 3-7 business days of the order.
