Description
The Papyrus shape has a gently wavy edge, like an unrolled sheet of paper. It is the shape chosen by families who want something softer than a geometric outline, without going as far as a heart.
As it is only available in medium to large sizes, it suits memorials with enough free space — on a narrow cross, the wavy edge no longer reads.
Sizes
- 15x12 cm — The size at which the shape is clearly visible.
- 18x15 cm — For wide memorials with a generous recess.
Restoration, colourisation and retouching are included in the price. If the photograph needs serious work, the price stays the same.
As with the other shapes, the image becomes part of the ceramic during firing. The wavy edge comes from the shape of the plaque itself, not from an added piece, so it cannot be damaged separately.

Yes. The ceramic photo withstands sun, rain, frost and temperature changes, and keeps its image for many years outdoors, on a cross or monument.
How long does delivery take?
Production and delivery by international courier to the European countries listed in the order form take a total of 7-14 working days.
What should the photograph look like?
We recommend as clear a photo of the face as possible, with good resolution. You can also use an older photograph — if needed, we do discreet retouching, restoration and colorization before production, at no extra cost.
What shapes and sizes do you offer?
We offer several shapes — oval, heart, dome, rectangle, book and others — in standard sizes, suitable for mounting on a cross or monument. For a special size, please contact us.
Will the photo fade over time?
The image is made to last: we use ceramic decal transfer, fired at over 800°C, and the fired layer holds up well to sun and rain under normal outdoor exposure.
How can I pay?
You pay online by card, on the secure Stripe payment page. Cash on delivery is available only for delivery within Romania.
Can I return a made-to-order product?
Ceramic photos are made individually from your own photograph, so they do not fall under the legal right of withdrawal. Products that are defective or incorrectly made are replaced free of charge.
